In accordance with Buddha's wishes we are an alcohol-free restaurant, however we do have a beautiful range of chilled juices and sparkling beverages in our fridge.

Whether you're new to Asian flavours or an Asian-Fusion connoisseur, there's something for everyone at Blue Ginger. Our menu includes dumplings, wontons, stir-fries, curries, soups, fresh salads and more.
We enjoy using local kaimoana & produce, and in addition to our regular menu we often run special seasonal dishes.
With around 50 years of culinary experience between them, chefs and owners Stu & Becks carefully create all of the meals on the menu, paying close attention to flavours, textures, and origins of the ingredients used.
For real food allergies and intolerances we may be able to make changes to some meals, otherwise we ask you not to alter our carefully and beautifully created menu.
We wrap our dumplings, wontons and spring rolls daily.
