Cold selections feature ponzu cured salmon skewers and reef fish ceviche. Substantial canapés like smoked paprika beef skewers and Sichuan pork sliders are also available, alongside satisfying noodle boxes such as hot and sour pork belly with udon noodles or tingling prawns with rice noodles. A dessert buffet completes this experience with wild berry consommé and Victoria sponge.
For a sophisticated seated meal, our 3-course function menus begin with entrées like cured Thai beef or hot smoked salmon. Main courses include market fish and Black Angus beef, followed by desserts like milk chocolate with cinnamon soil or spiced mango and chili soup. This menu is for 6+ guests.
